The Role:
- Attend to Revenue Cycle Management business operations (Collections & Denial Management)
- of assigned clients
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (mainly productivity and quality) related to service delivery
- Keep up in a fast-paced "learn-and-grow" environment
- Abide by all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Uphold the company’s values and enrich the culture
The Person:
- Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written)
- A degree from a recognized University in any stream or an equivalent professional qualification
- Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office and Tech Savvy
- Fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work according to the US business hours and calendar (7PM to 4AM Sri Lankan time)
- Prior working experience in RCM industry would be an added advantage
