Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Celeste. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the Colombo Area. This role requires a strong background in Retail / FMCG sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Retail / FMCG sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
