Fashol is transforming the agricultural supply chain, eliminating value chain actors, and creating a direct link between farmers and customers. Our mission is simple - to provide a more efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable way of connecting farmers with markets. The “Officer of Fashol Farmer’s Center (FFC)” will oversee operations, achieve sales targets, ensure marketing visibility, and maintain relationships with farmers, traders, and clients; supporting Fashol's mission to streamline the agricultural supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all operative tasks of assigned FFC.
• Achieve weekly, monthly targets for primary, secondary, and tertiary sales.
• Ensure visibility of POSM materials within FFC area and conduct different Fashol events
• Identify potential Bepari/Farmer within the assigned FFC.
• Collect purchase orders from centers and distribute as per instructions.
• Maintain good relations with farmers, Bepari, and clients.
• Maintain a client database and follow up regularly.
• Maintain Farmer KYC and input to the ERP software.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution.
• Educational requirements can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
• At Least 2 to 3 year(s) sales experience in FMCG and AGRO business.
• Ability to travel frequently within territory & physically fit.
• Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite and data entry.
• Strong negotiation skills and basic arithmetic knowledge.
• Ability to handle work pressure and extended working hours.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Salary: Market Competitive Package (Depending on competencies).
