Job Details:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role combines traditional executive assistance with a strong focus on sales support. The ideal candidate will have experience in a startup environment and a passion for driving business growth through sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and preparing for board meetings and executive presentations.
- Support sales initiatives by researching potential clients, maintaining the CRM system, and assisting with sales pipeline management.
- Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Assist in creating and refining sales presentations and proposals.
- Help track and report on key sales metrics and KPIs.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a startup environment.
- Strong interest and aptitude for sales support and business development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in complex situations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
