Responsibilities:

• Advanced Business Analysis: Lead the analysis of complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions that align with business goals.
• Requirements Gathering: Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into technical specifications.
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Conduct detailed process mapping to visualize current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Leadership: Take on a leadership role in projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a track record of leading successful projects and delivering process improvements.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and lead project teams.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing business analysis projects.
• Client Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
