Junior Marketing Executive

We are a UK based medical and healthcare education company, working with UK Universities, the UK NHS, the World Health Organization, Global Healthcare organisations, and a range of other clients. We develop programmes for doctors and healthcare workers in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and other regions around the world.

We are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to delivering high-quality education programmes to healthcare professionals globally, using social media to create campaigns, and working with clinicians to create assets and schedules. You will be part of a team, led by some high profile UK Clinicians, working for some of the most prestigious healthcare organisations in Europe.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and provide reports to the management team.
  • Support the organisation of events, webinars, and conferences by managing logistics, registrations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and other digital platforms.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences effectively.
  • Maintain the Social Media platforms of the company and ensure enquiries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners and ensure all requirements are delivered according to deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience or knowledge in managing corporate social media accounts
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate and committed to their work (the team is made up of individuals that prioritise work and our mission - must be willing to work in this type of environment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A willingness to learn Basic graphic designing and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
