Responsibilities:

  • Develop content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, and engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers, and building brand awareness.
  • Conduct competitor analysis for clients, identify content opportunities, and help clients position their products/services.
  • Collaborate with analytics, design, marketing, and development teams to understand requirements and identify users' content needs. This includes coordinating with project managers and developing processes.
  • Work with and guide clients through strategies and explain approaches, set expectations/KPIs and work with teams to deliver against them.
  • Write and edit content for a variety of channels.
  • Maintain consistent project quality from start to finish.
  • Manage a team of content writers and a social media team to ensure project deliverables are managed according to set deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in content strategy, content development, or marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing as a whole, with execution skills across copywriting, editing, and SEO.
  • Comprehensive understanding of tools including Google Adwords and Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console, KW Finder, and Ahrefs.
  • Experienced leading complex projects which cover broader digital marketing skill sets from initiation to completion across different industries and regions.
  • Managed teams, conducted training and worked with organizations to implement new processes and frameworks in relation to project execution.
