Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of QA engineers, including setting team goals, providing regular feedback, and managing team performance.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive and efficient testing of all software releases.
• Identify and prioritize testing requirements and develop strategies to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders, including identifying and communicating risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies, including identifying opportunities to streamline testing efforts and improve testing efficiency.
• Ensure that all testing activities are completed within project timelines and budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including both manual and automation testing, and experience with testing tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
