Performance Marketing Trainee (Data Visualization)

During this paid training program, you will gain hands-on experience in data visualization. Working alongside industry experts, you will participate in live projects learning the intricacies of data transformation, application, and visualization, focusing on performance marketing data.

By the end of the training, we expect that you will have gathered the skills and attitude required to work alongside the marketers, analysts, and growth hackers here at Surge to take your career forward and join our ranks.

What you'll be learning/Doing:

  • Implement visualizations to report on required KPIs using various platforms and tools.
  • Styling and giving clarity to visualizations based on available options in each platform.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data transformation and data accuracy.
  • Read and analyze data across platforms and address data discrepancies.

General Requirements:

  • Fundamental understanding of paid media concepts and metrics.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, LookML, GoLang) is a plus.
