Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a B2B SaaS - Chief Sales Officer / Co-founder at Qolaba. As the Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities, overseeing sales operations, and training and managing the sales team. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and driving revenue growth. You will also play a key role in shaping the company's sales vision and strategy as a co-founder.

  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
