As a Key Account Manager specializing in Fulfillment Centers at Celeste Daily, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of our fulfillment centers. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our fulfillment partners, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with fulfillment center partners to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and customer service, to optimize fulfillment processes and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory management, and take proactive measures to address any issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and business reviews with fulfillment partners to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with fulfillment partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in fulfillment and logistics to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry, with a focus on fulfillment operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment processes is a plus.
