As a Senior UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces and experiences for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives to translate them into compelling design solutions. Your expertise in UI/UX design principles, industry best practices, and emerging technologies will drive the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centered design solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish design goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
  • Develop comprehensive UI/UX design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Mentor and guide the team of UI/UX Designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth and development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes and capabilities.
  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback into iterations.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for web and mobile applications with a minimum of 2+ years experience in a leadership role managing and leading a team of UI/UX Designers.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability principles, and interaction design best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop the skill-set of the UI/UX team and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, demonstrating your creative vision, critical thinking and attention to detail.
