🔧 Your Role:

• Lead the delivery of projects and services, ensuring they meet client requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage delivery teams, providing guidance to achieve project objectives and maximize team performance.
• Allocate resources effectively, to support project delivery and optimize resource utilization.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the delivery process.
• Monitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, addressing issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and profitability targets are met.

🎓 Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience in successfully delivering complex projects and managing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
• Ability to align delivery efforts with organizational goals and drive business value.
• Understanding of financial management principles to monitor project budgets and profitability.
