• Lead project planning and oversee execution to ensure projects meet objectives and deadlines.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently to support project activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimise disruptions and ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Establish and monitor quality standards to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimise project processes for efficiency.
• Manage changes to project scope and requirements effectively, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project activities and outcomes.

🎓 Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or project management certification preferred.
• Three or more years of project management experience, ideally with operational projects.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Organizational abilities and adaptability to manage multiple projects and navigate challenges effectively.
