Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Proven track record of successful business development in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry trends and market conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
