We are looking for an Outbound Marketing Executive who will be responsible for servicing our global clientele. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and oversee campaigns, gauge their impact, and deliver reports on their effectiveness while thriving in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage campaigns across multiple personas and ensure all campaign-related processes run smoothly.
• Create and manage campaign setups using automation tools. Training will be provided.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to obtain resources for campaigns.
• Measure and report on campaign performance every week or fortnight, and take feedback from the leads to improve campaigns.

Requirements:

• Partially qualified in a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or a professional qualification such as CIM, CIMA, or SLIM.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, a good command of the English language, and interpersonal skills.
• A good understanding of the LinkedIn platform is an added advantage.
• 1+ year of experience building relationships and exceeding customer expectations in any industry, including tourism and hospitality.
