As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising marketing automation campaigns and leveraging automation tools, like HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp and more, to support the overall marketing objectives of our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying clients’ goals and objectives, and creating and owning marketing automation strategies accordingly.
• Implementing and monitoring automated campaigns across web and email
• Building and testing workflows and automation on multiple platforms (Braze, HubSpot, MoEngage, SendGrid, etc).
• ​​Ensuring campaigns are running smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Providing analytics and reporting on the performance of automations
• Using CRM and marketing automation tools to segment and target customer groups effectively, ensuring relevant and personalised content is delivered to the right audiences
• Identifying new areas of automation capabilities on a client-by-client basis and ensuring that automation is set up, when and where needed
• A/B testing automations to find out what works best

What we’re looking for

• A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role, with first-hand experience working with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, SendGrid, Braze, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign
• Attention to detail and ability to go through multiple test runs to perfect automation
• Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable coordinating with our global marketing team through online channels
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
