Scandium is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our business development, marketing, and customer success initiatives. As a tech startup focused on software quality assurance, Scandium offers innovative solutions to optimize the quality of software products for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development Support:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and generate well-researched leads for potential clients.
- Utilize various communication channels, including cold emails and LinkedIn direct messages, to reach out to prospects and initiate conversations.
- Follow up with leads generated from various sources through email communications, nurturing relationships, and converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Track and analyze lead conversion metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Marketing Content Creation and Updates:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update compelling content for marketing collaterals, including website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
- Keep Scandium users engaged by developing and delivering periodic content, such as feature announcements, tips, and how-to guides, to help them maximize the benefits of using Scandium.
- Customer Success and Sales Support:
- Support customer success by joining sales calls when necessary, understanding client requirements, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that existing and anticipated issues faced by clients are efficiently communicated to the technical team for resolution.
- Assist in managing customer relationships by providing timely support and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Remote Work and Reporting:
- Work remotely, ensuring active participation in marketing events as required.
- Attend weekly check-ins to provide updates on progress, discuss ongoing projects, and collaborate with the team.
- Submit weekly reports summarizing activities, achievements, and key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for direct customer relationships and a customer-centric mindset.
- Preferred experience in B2B technical sales or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Proficient in using communication tools, including email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical concepts.
