What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing and managing client-facing and non-client facing operations within the organisation and across departments (this may include clients in Malaysia, USA, UK and/or AU)
• Be responsible for the delivery of key client outcomes from the functional teams.
• Work with each department head to plan key timelines each week/month and make sure projects are being delivered in time and on schedule.
• Identify risks and opportunities facing various projects.
• Be responsible for identifying and hiring personnel for key departments based on requirements of the KL office.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• 5+ years of marketing agency experience is required
• Goal-oriented and driven personality
• Highly organised, with strong planning and project management skills
• Great communicator with interpersonal skills, comfortable coordinating with our global marketing team through online channels
• Proven success of working independently and having excellent time management skills
• Proficient in English; Malay and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
