We are searching for a dynamic Brand Account Manager to join our forward-thinking experiential marketing agency. You will play a pivotal role in steering major agency client accounts, both nurturing existing relationships and spearheading growth. Your expertise in experiential marketing will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow multiple brand accounts, focusing on experiential marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with all client touchpoints.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with client expectations.
  • Strategize and present compelling plans for client growth, leveraging both macro and micro data.
  • Ensure operational excellence and superior customer service.
  • Develop innovative account strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with engaging and informative content.
  • Work closely with sales to uncover new business opportunities.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management or client service, with a strong focus on experiential marketing.
  • Experience in an experiential marketing agency or related field highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and daily Key Account Management tasks.
  • Exceptional project management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
