What will you be doing?

• Design a wide range of assets and oversee/guide other junior designers
• Develop creative work for websites, events, social media and lead generation
• Create and study design briefs to determine requirements
• Work on projects from concepts to drafts to completion, being involved in everything from ideation to design QA
• Setting and maintaining the gold standard for graphic design
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, along with the latest trends in creative designing and graphics

What will you need to be considered?

• The ability to work Australian hours - 5am to 2pm on-site
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-time graphic designer
• Organisation and strong technical skills for creating well-built design templates and well-organised projects
• Advanced understanding of design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Qualified in graphic designing or a related field will be an added advantage
• A portfolio of work
