We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our growing travel brand. As our Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating a collection of products that embody the spirit of our brand and appeal to our target audience of travel enthusiasts. Your role will involve collaborating with our team to conceptualize products ranging from clothing to accessories, sourcing high-quality textiles and materials, and coordinating with manufacturers to ensure that the end product meets our high standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends and techniques, as well as a passion for travel and adventure. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. In addition, you should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to conceptualize products that embody our brand identity and appeal to our target audience
• Conduct research on fashion trends and techniques, and incorporate them into your designs
• Source high-quality textiles and materials that meet our standards for sustainability and durability
• Create technical drawings and specifications for each product
• Work closely with manufacturers to ensure that products are manufactured according to our specifications and delivered on time
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills
• Excellent knowledge of textiles and materials, and ability to source them effectively
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
• Passion for travel and adventure, and a deep understanding of our brand identity and target audience.
