We are searching for a social media superstar to join our global digital marketing team as a Social Media Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that meets the unique requirements of our clients. Your main tasks will include staying up to date on social media trends and best practices, coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate content, scheduling and updating social media posts, executing social media strategies and campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics to optimise results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create captivating content tailored to each client's needs and target audience.
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visually appealing content.
• Schedule and publish social media posts on behalf of clients.
• Execute effective social media strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media or content-related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Proficient in crafting compelling and persuasive content with a versatile writing style.
• Familiarity with relevant engagement metrics and their application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
• Creative mindset with an innovative approach to content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our global marketing team through online channels.
