As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our global marketing team, taking ownership of selected clients and driving their marketing strategies. You will plan and oversee marketing campaigns for our diverse range of global clients, utilising automation tools to create workflows and automations across B2C and B2B clients. Your responsibilities will include analysing campaigns, conducting competitor analysis, ensuring timely completion of client deliverables, and collaborating with various functional teams to execute successful marketing campaigns.

What you will be doing:

• Take ownership of selected clients and develop their marketing strategies.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for global clients, including those in Malaysia, USA, UK, and/or Australia.
• Utilise automation tools like HubSpot, SendGrid, and MoEngage to create workflows and automations.
• Deep dive into campaign analytics, provide data-driven reports, and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Coordinate with various teams (ads, web development, SEO, design) to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Conduct competitor analyses and market research to gain actionable insights.
• Ensure timely completion of all client deliverables for the week/month.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in agency marketing.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Highly organised with strong planning and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable coordinating with our global marketing team through online channels.
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google marketing tools.
• Demonstrated success in working independently and excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in English; fluency in Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
