Essential Skills & Responsibilities

• Degree in computer science, business or a related field;
• 2-3 years of experience in project management and software development processes;
• Experience leading developers and designers;
• Experience in scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports;
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
• Ability to communicate concepts to both technical and non technical audiences;
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills;
• Determine and define project scope and objectives;
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget;
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;
• Manage customer experience and delighting customers.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience working in or with businesses in a variety of verticals
• Former developer or engineer turned project/ product leader
