Job Responsibilities:

− Managing and growing a group consisting of Aesthetic professionals

− Constant interaction with key members of the Aesthetic community in order to create new partnerships which will help our members

− Maintaining social media platforms such as Website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

− Creating promotional material for weekly/monthly newsletters/ promotional emails/articles/ etc. using online tools such as Convertkit, Maillerlite etc.

− Creative writing skills and knowledge on creating attractive graphics using online tools such as canva.

− Creating MI reports, meeting agendas and attending meeting with the management

− Attending and coordinating online events for our member group

Work Hours & Expectations:

Since we are a 100% virtual company, you have the ability to create a work schedule that is flexible for you (Conditions apply*).

However, keep in mind that since we deal with U.S clients, you are expected to work for a minimum of 3 hours at night (this is non-negotiable).

*Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must.

You will be required to work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)

You will be expected to be 100% committed to completing your work according to the given deadlines.

− Working in your own comfortable space at home with no travel requirements or costs related to travel.

− Mercantile holidays and Weekends are considered non-working days.

− Remuneration - Starting from 70,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances). You will be eligible for a probation confirmation increment after 06 months. (Conditions apply).

Expected Qualifications & Skills:

− Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

− Previous experience in content writing will be an added advantage

− Ability to learn fast and adjust to a fast-growing work environment

− Experience in G-suite & apps such as Canva, Mailerlite, ConvertKit will be beneficial

− Multitasking and attention to detail

− Ability to take ownership and work independently

− Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude

− Creative and able to work on social media marketing campaigns

− Completed a diploma/ Degree/ Course related to customer service/marketing
