As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with a team of experts to develop predictive models and provide actionable insights for our clients in the US. You will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, creating data visualizations, and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms to drive data-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Design, develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large, complex data sets to extract insights and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Actively engage with the data science community to continuously hone skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Participation in Kaggle competitions or similar data science platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
