Redsky Digital is a part of BNS Productions by the internationally renowned figures, Bathiya Jayakody & Santhush Weeraman. The group is comprised of multiple sectors venturing into high-end event production, filming and commercial, music and digital service providing.

We are on the lookout for a creative content writer to work together with our in-house design and development team and as well as to collaborate with our Creative Directors and Strategists on projects across the spectrum of digital communication.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years working as a content writer for marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to conduct research independently and understand the client business.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for client social media, marketing campaigns and videos.
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone of voice, and terminology.
• Build and manage a content calendars with assigned teams; coordinate with other content creators to ensure standards.
• Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.
• Review and implement content strategy changes based on feedback.

• Collaborating on ‘Firsts’ in-terms of marketing campaigns with our in-house Creative Directors.
• Improvising vocabulary, writing skills and proof-reading.
