CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
THE JOB:
• Must have high level of professional approach, accuracy, quality and clarity on all in-bound, out-bound calls.
• Professional approach to all walk-in customer queries and transactions.
• Attention to detail on updating relevant support Ticket systems on technical support, inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure that all customer complaint is closed-looped and resolution given within the stipulated time.
• Act as a representative of PAYable team for the customers at any given time.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1year call center industry experience with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on roaster/Shift basis including weekends (1 day off)
• Excellent Command in all three languages.
• Correct Customer Service mindset and a perfect team player attitude.
• Basic IT skills, knowledge of digital media and mobile apps.
