What will you be doing?
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes are adhered to and are completed in a timely manner (From advertising the job vacancies until placement of the candidate).
- Arranging the induction and other relevant training and development programs for the staff.
- Perform overall HR duties such as handling employee re-designations/promotions, contract administration, preparing employees' job descriptions, employee attendance, leave management, payroll administration and culture enhancement activities etc.
What will you need to be considered?
- A degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of two years’ experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills Computer literacy with knowledge in MS office packages
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Previous working experience in an agency (creative, marketing or web) will be an added advantage
