Role Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner supports the company in ensuring HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals. This role works closely with the Head of Human Resources to drive the implementation of HR strategy across all facets of the business.

Essential responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

· Collaborating with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by implementing team and organization design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.

· Utilizing the talent development process and tools in order to provide and develop a diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium-term needs of the company.

· Implementing and driving OD initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business.

· Collecting and tracking Human Resources/ Organisation Effectiveness metrics across the entire HR lifecycle.

· Monitoring and addressing legal compliance issues, ensuring that the organization complies with local and national laws (e.g. recruitment, diversity, data protection, employee contracts, etc.).

· Delivering Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/ IR) to the business (knowledge of the legislative and consequent impact on the organization, relationships with works council/ unions, government/regulatory bodies, community, etc.).

· Interfacing with the HR Shared Services team for the delivery of core HR services to the business while monitoring the quality and timeliness of service provision.

· Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and security regulations and policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-8 years perience in HR role
  • Experience in an expertise role (Talent management / Performance / Learning, Organizational Development) would be an added advantage.
  • Membership of relevant professional body.
