Responsibilities

Leadership: While they may be at the start of their career, demonstrating leadership potential is important. This includes motivating the team, leading by example, and showing empathy and understanding towards team members' needs and challenges.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Projects often face unexpected changes and challenges. He/she needs to be adaptable, able to pivot strategies as required while maintaining composure and focus.
