We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to participate in our current projects & join our team which works remotely. The primary objective in this role is helping the business implement technology solutions in cost effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners efficiently. Your duties will revolve around requirement analysis, technical documentation, user stories, test storyboarding project track etc.

An ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst.

• Experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation
• Well versed with BA Related Documentations
• Experience in handling Non-Functional Requirements
• Good with Project Tools and well-versed with Agile Ways of Working
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders
• Document the user stories and acceptance criteria
• Business Process Modelling. Create as-is/to-be process maps, customer journeys. Manage Non-Functional requirements
• Involvement in End-to-End Delivery of project
• Basic Knowledge on Tools like Visio/MS-Office
• Contribute to IT readiness, product launch activities.
• Provide business readiness support for training, process documents etc.
• Good Experience in Agile Ways of Working

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is must
