In 2023, we're establishing our offices in Mumbai to start serving the local market with Marketing & Data offerings. This Job is a part of the initial team that will be helping us navigate and setting up in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the end-to-end planning and execution of creative and visual concepts for ad campaigns, video productions, photoshoots together with the in-house creative team.
  • Plan and implement scripts, concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
  • Collaborate with Account/Project Managers and/or clients to understand client requirements.
  • Understanding client briefs, offering creative feedback, and preparing estimated creative/filming budgets.
  • Work closely with the creative team on conceptualizing, developing, and refining dynamic creative solutions and content
  • Guide and direct ad campaigns, videos, and photoshoots.
  • Edit raw video footage, colour correct, add effects and transitions to create innovative video deliverables.
  • Turn film assets into multiple formats for multiple channels, for example, turn a film asset into carousels or stills for, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
  • Ensure all creative work across all platforms are consistent with client’s brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Managing and guiding a team of creative designers and videographers.
  • Establish and implement design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results
  • Keep up with the latest motion design trends and brainstorm to create new design ideas for videos and motion graphics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven experience as a Creative Designer/Graphic Designer and/or Art Director.
  • Hands-on experience with videography, filmography, typography, color, print production and video editing.
  • Knowledge in videography, filming, and editing raw footage.
  • Experience operating cameras, tripods, external microphones, lighting, transcription services and video editing hardware.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Experience in developing visual design.
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Demonstrable motion design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Time management skills
