Key Responsibilities

2- Examining work performance to ensure that it meets the company's quality standards.

3- Monitoring production schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.

4- Conducting research to identify trends and patterns in issues and complaints that may indicate a problem.

5- Providing management with feedback on potential improvements based on the investigation.

6- Maintain quality at all times and monitor the progress of all work adhering to quality standards.
