Experience
A competent individual with two years in a Finance department/ Banking experience in Trade Finance and advanced proficiency in written and verbal English with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for arranging Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections Bills, Telegraphic Transfers, Statutory payments, and other bank-related transactions.
- Coordinating the process of all shipment clearances from a financial supply chain perspective.
- Coordinating with Banks, overseas Vendors, and other stakeholders in daily operations.
- Cash flow management under the supervision of the Manager - Finance. Placement and movement of funds, providing financial forecasts for payments.
- Creating Audit reports and other special reports for management requirements.
- Implementing and maintaining the work process according to Importing and Exporting procedures and bank regulations.
Educational Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in International Business/ Finance or Part qualification in CIMA or ACCA/CA.
- A qualification related to Trade Finance from IBSL (Diploma in International Trade (DIT), Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance (DABF)) would be an added benefit.
