In your role as a Customer Success Manager, your main goal is to work together with the Customer Success, Sales and Technical team to;

• Onboard new customers
• Build fun and engaging conversion tools for our customers websites! (Think of chatbots, forms etc!)
• Track results on an ongoing basis
• Create exceptional customer experiences
• Help customers use our tools to their full potential

To help you succeed in the role, you’ll:

• Have an interest or background in customer service, customer success or working with people
• Have an interest for technology and online marketing
• Enjoy meeting new people (you will be speaking to marketers and CEOs of other companies)
• Be eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• Be genuinely interested in connecting with customers to identify their issues and resolve them
• Have the ability to conduct independent research
• Be able to communicate effectively and work closely with the Customer Success team.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
