We are looking to hire Sales Executives to liaise between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to create new sales opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with leads. Your main responsibility will be to develop leads via marketing campaigns and hit weekly targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES EXECUTIVE

• As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to develop leads (relationships with leads) via specific marketing campaigns such as cold emails, cold calls, text messages, Linkedin/Skype messages, emails, etc.
• A high percentage of your role will focus on cold calls; hence excellent communication skills is a must.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to connect with potential clients and develop an ongoing relationship with them until they book a meeting with our sales team (one lead may require several communication points before booking a meeting).
• You will be required to hit specific weekly targets, such as number of unique leads contacted per week, total number of contacts made, total meetings booked.
• You will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the services we offer our customers and develop various ROI points to share with leads. This will require research and self-learning on your part.
• Update various sales applications and worksheets such as CRM, Google Sheets, etc.
• You must be tech-savvy to use various applications to complete your day-to-day tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Work according to a US work schedule. All 8 hours of your work schedule must be allocated between 6.30 PM and 5.30 AM Sri Lankan Time (9 AM - 8 PM EST). You can allocate the 8 hours anytime within the given time range.

**The times in Sri Lanka time will change during Daylight Savings time.

**All Sri Lankan mercantile holidays will not be applicable

• Must have excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Should be detail-oriented, able to work under minimal supervision, and comply with management deadlines.
• Should be exceptionally organized.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge in communication tools such as (Skype/Zoom) and online tools such as Google Docs/SpreadSheets is a must.
• Knowledge or previous experience in sales and marketing and dealing with foreign clients will be an added advantage.
• A high-speed internet connection and the ability to continue work during power interruptions will be a requirement for this role.
