We are looking for Tech Support!

What will you be doing?

• Handling Technical Support for all our solutions such as G Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Azure, Web-Email Hosting ( cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ), Domain Name Registrations, Cloud & VPS Hosting etc
• Supporting Office Systems & Operations.
• Hardware & Networking Knowledge
• Knowledge of Web Hosting, DNS Management
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to respond to customers
• Support Virtual private network

What will you need to be considered?

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Prior experience in Tech Support, Desktop Support, or a similar role
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication
