As our Outreach specialist, your role would be:

• Finding relevant contacts that might find value in Serviceform expertise
• Reaching out to those contacts via emails or LinkedIn
• Brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
• Doing any kind of research: competitor analysis, content research, keyword research, customer research, etc.
• Building and expanding your network of industry professionals both in Finland and internationally
• Constantly learning about the pain points of Serviceform’s customers and audience to fill in the service gap and offer valuable knowledge

To help you succeed in the role:

• You tell us what you need?
• We look for an adventurous soul first and foremost. Meaning you’re not afraid to test and experiment with new strategies.
• You can make complicated things short and simple.
• You can write short and engaging copies even with time pressure.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role (Copywriter/Outreach Specialist).
• A strong grasp of English grammar and vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to deliver with high attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a high-paced international environment
• You have used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply, Apollo, etc. (a plus, you can always learn)
