Key Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s different brands and owned assets
- Development and maintenance of consumer persona playbook to be used in various campaigns
- Development of content strategies and media buying strategies
- Development of campaigns, by working cross-functionally, to deliver business objectives
- Dynamically driving efficiencies on campaigns by AB testing for the right fit on consumer profiling vs. messaging vs. choice media
- Drive SEO performance related to owned assets
What does success look like?
- Able to drive positive engagement and user-generated content
- Increase site traffic and customer acquisition to owned assets, and followers/likes to social media assets
- Driving click-through-rate on advertising
- Reducing the customer acquisition cost through innovative and optimized advertising & media strategies
- Increasing return on ad spends
Soft Skills
- Being able to work cross-functionally with internal teams including category management, digital transformation, corporate communications, new business, and international business teams to holistically drive business objectives
- Building and maintaining partnerships with agencies
