Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities to introduce Surge's product/service offering to clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market opportunities to prospect new customers.
  • Developing and executing customer acquisition strategies for Surge and it’s clients.
  • Taking ownership of the sales and decision process.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of sales including sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Managing sales meetings and helping to close business.
  • Work together with the Growth Marketing & Product Development teams to understand potential opportunities for current and new clients.
  • Managing, operating and overseeing the current CRM workflow and retaining & growing accounts.
  • Preparing pitches for potential business partners.
  • Engaging in R&D opportunities at Surge.
  • Working with the Founder across special projects.

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing/Digital Marketing with demonstrable technical expertise.
  • Strategizing, preparing and working across pitch decks.
  • Experience selling B2B product/service offerings to enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Sales tools such as Linkedin sales navigator for prospecting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Great written communication & blogging skills (SEO expertise is an added bonus).
  • Excellent Attention to Detail.
