Responsibilities:
- Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms for clients (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin).
- Work with the team to develop content and campaign ideas, according to social media brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on current events and trends on social media.
- Recommend and optimize clients' content calendars to improve audience engagement.
- Repurpose content on social media platforms
- Be creative and show a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or Final Cut Pro will be a plus.
- Ability to collaborate, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
- An in-depth understanding of content that captures audience attention and overpower their impression.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum 1-year experience in content development and social media management.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and its algorithms
- Ability to want to learn and improve
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, data collection, attribution, and analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
