Responsibilities

• Develop the creative concept and visual direction for projects based on the client’s business and presentation objectives
• Conceptualize slide compositions that help audiences read and retain the presentation content
• Work with in-house and outsource resources to develop the presentation based on the developed concept and visual direction
• Take ownership of the entire design process for a project
• Quality check and audit the work of the team
• Manage team delivery dates and deadlines
• Identify and develop the skills of team members

Qualifications

• BSc or Higher in Visual Communication / Graphic Design or related area
• At least 5 years of work experience in graphic design
• Some experience in art or creative direction would be an advantage
• Should have some experience in report design including corporate profiles
• Experience in managing teams is a must
• Should be fluent in English (reading and speaking)
• Should be an effective decision-maker, very organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in designing business presentations would be an advantage
• Should be familiar in working with MS PowerPoint
