We are currently on the lookout for a self-motivated team player to join our team as a Software Engineer - Intern.

Perks is an agile company that focuses on digital product development, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We compile strategic roadmaps with design thinking and agile lead environments to develop scalable digital solutions. Currently, we have developed a mobile application platform that will help merchants in the service industry to manage their operations in a much more convenient & cost effective manner. The main responsibility that will be bestowed upon the selected candidate would be to work closely with our development team in ensuring that our mobile application platform functions seamlessly.

As a Software Engineer - Intern, you would need to:

• Write well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and ensure that the quality of the codebase is maintained consistently.
• Make enhancements to the app UI/UX while following the respective design principles.
• Publish and manage mobile apps in Apple App Store/Google Play Store & ensure the stability and availability of the apps.
• Work closely with the development team throughout the product development life cycle.
• Consistently monitor the required KPIs and make continuous improvements.
• Assess the compatibility of third party tools and technologies.

What skills and experience you will need:

• University undergraduate/graduate in Software engineering/Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Flutter.
• Familiarity in working with Firebase.
• Familiarity in working with GIT repositories.
• Experience in native mobile app development is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
