Application Support Specialist (2nd or 3rd level)

Experience in a documentation system (e.g. Confluence / Sharepoint / Teamsite)
Experience in a ticket System (e.g. Jira, Service IT)

Good technical understanding of complex IT landscapes
Self-study skills
Ability to abstract
ITIL Foundation certificate - desired.
Self-motivated and self-organized team-player.
Candidate must have worked in a liner shipping company (or direct agency) and involved with IT
System.
Must have acted as "Superuser" for their application.
Shall have clear domain expertise.
Minimum 2-4 Years experience in the same company.
