Application Support Specialist (2nd or 3rd level)

 Good English - Equal to EU standard C - Mandatory

 Experience in 2nd & 3rd level support

 Experience in a documentation system (e.g. Confluence / Sharepoint / Teamsite)

 Experience in a ticket System (e.g. Jira, Service IT)

 Work solution-driven

 Good technical understanding of complex IT landscapes

 Self-study skills

 Ability to abstract

 ITIL Foundation certificate - desired.

 Self-motivated and self-organized team-player.

 Candidate must have worked in a liner shipping company (or direct agency) and involved with IT

System.

 Must have acted as "Superuser" for their application.

 Shall have clear domain expertise.

 Minimum 2-4 Years experience in the same company.

 This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual seeking a Application Support Specialist role

within a creative and unique environment. You will be on one of three shifts, together with

providing 24/7 support coverage to our Global facilities.
