Key Position Capabilities:

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, SVM is looking for AEM ADMINISTRATOR to join its ranks, We are looking for a technology and engineering specialist to help us realize our goals. We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering world-class distributed applications with both front- and backend layers, preferably with experience in shipping products for use on-premise, in the Cloud, and as a SaaS. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll need to have experience managing teams in a technological, fast-paced environment, combined with a passion for improving customer experience. We need a person who has made critical decisions in the evolution of a big product and platform over multiple years and releases and who can lead a large team with a coherent vision while making appropriate compromises along the way.

Your New Role:

• •Experience in the AEM Administration

•Experience in performing and coordinating the deployments

•Exposure to Chinacache and Azure platforms

•Exposure to SOLR platform

•Experience in handling backup and restore activities

•Understanding the IP whitelist and WAF

•Exposure to Content security policy

•Able to perform a Health check of the systems

•Ability to understand the complex architecture

•Hands-on experience in Unix and z/OS platform

•Ability to understand the shell scripts and modify (on need basis)

•Experience in using Dynatrace for monitoring

•Experience in working with publisher and dispatcher environments

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

•3-5 years of experience

•Experience in 2nd & 3rd level support

•Experience in a documentation system (e.g. Confluence / Sharepoint / Teamsite)

•Experience in a ticket System (e.g. Jira / Service IT)

•Good technical understanding of complex IT landscapes (Large enterprises)

•Self-study skills. Ability to abstract

•Self-motivated and self-organized team player.

•Been part of the management and managed peers. {candidate for team lead}

•ITIL Foundation certificate - desired.

•Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Able to speak another European language will be an advantage

•Flexibility and ability to shift with the demands of the business in an entrepreneurial, informal environment

•Polished negotiation skills with excellent listening and presentation skills

•Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team is critical
