One of our clients - a product based company in Sholinganallur, Chennai is looking for a Software Development Manager to join their team within 30 days.

Onsite Post pandemic.

Skills: Good Leadership Skills and Communication Skills without MTI preferred

Experience Range: 10 to 15 years ( Should have knowledge of JAVA & .Net Programming knowledge as you will manage both the products)

Work Profile: 70% People & Administrative 30% Technical Coding and hands-on work will own a product yourself and attend to its technical activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

▪ Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map

▪ Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design

▪ Instill best practices for software development and documentation, certify design meets

requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.

▪ Project management duties - sprint planning, stakeholder management, setting and managing

commitments.

▪ Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the product.

▪ Have one to one meetings with developers and to manage their concerns and create growth

plans.

▪ Coaches and mentors the development team.

▪ Removes blockers for the developers and team.

▪ Provides clarity to the team to focus on the right thing to work on.

▪ Work with other development managers to bring in process improvements across the engineering teams.

Required Skills:

▪ Proven track record of 5+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise applications.

▪ Past Experience in implementing Design patterns, architecture , CI/CD implementation for

products/projects.

▪ proven track record for delivering scalable projects/applications.

▪ Worked in a collaborative environment with global matrix organizations.

▪ Passionate about technology and problem solving

▪ Effective communicator

▪ Coaches and mentors team to build high performing teams.
