- Responsible for devising and executing on a winning plan to grow the Mfluence market share globally for the entire range of products and services.
- Responsible for generating high value new leads from domestic as well as global market through direct marketing, social media and various technology events.
- Responsible for sharing proposals, quotes out our products and services and taking care of lead during entire sales cycle.
- Responsible to actively co-ordinate with the technical team and clients during product delivery and after sales.
- Responsible for the improving products Holistically including all operational processes, including working closely with developers to ensure they optimize their processes in accordance with product goals.
- Create collateral, FAQ’s, presentations, white papers, user manual of products and write technical blogs on regular basis pertaining to our product line to enhance our organic search volume.
- Responsible to highlight companies achievement, product USP's and other relevant information in online technical journals’ as a part of PR exercise and increase organic search volume.
- Responsible to maintain frequent interaction with our existing client over phone/email/skype and taking their feedback to further improve our product line.
- Undertaking analysis of current functionality of Mfluence technical platform with a view to engineer requirements for the backlog that delivers the best possible ROI.
- Responsible to provide effective soft skill training to sales and marketing team on various functionality of products and services.
- Responsible to develop and nurture vertical based tier 1 sales team from scratch and train them to deliver best of their potential and develop a positive and professional work culture through team building.
- Responsible to conduct sales meeting at regular intervals to asses individuals goals and take any corrective measure.
- Responsible for sharing regular feedback to Management about sales graph vis-a-vis set targets, about market place and any other competitor activity.
- Responsible to identify and anticipate requirement of any new product and service required into the contemporary market place.
