Technical Support – Peoplesoft

You’ll have an opportunity to learn on the go in supporting current Application Security Platform™, Single Signon™, Security Analytics, PeopleMobile™ and Version Control™ products. Responsibilities range from issue troubleshooting to implementations.

Responsibilities :

• First line of support for our customers
• Primary resource for performing product installations
• Primary resource for performing ERP Firewall™ implementations
• Primary resource for troubleshooting customer issues and engaging with developers on issue replication and resolution when needed
• Primary resource for supporting customer migrations, post-database refreshes, and go-lives
• Gathering and analyzing logs and other data and Identifying the root source of issues
• Making customer configuration changes, when the issue can be resolved as such
• Creating reproducible test cases for developers when needed
• Updating product documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Developing configuration pages for our products and test script

Skills And Experience :

• Candidate will have a strong background in ERP, PeopleSoft
• Candidates will have strong development and problem-solving skills and an exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to any audience
• Strong customer service skills and orientation
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• A team player with strong desire to learn new things
• Experience with version control systems
• A minimum of 3-5 years of ERP application development and implementation experience,
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience writing new, and troubleshooting existing, SQL for a widely used relational database (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase)
