Technical Support – Peoplesoft

We’re looking for a passionate person with ERP and technical expertise to be the next member of our growing team! The work we do is varied and challenging. You’ll have an opportunity to learn on the go in supporting current Application Security Platform™, Single Signon™, Security Analytics, PeopleMobile™ and Version Control™ products. Responsibilities range from issue troubleshooting to implementations.
Responsibilities :
- First line of support for our customers
- Primary resource for performing product installations
- Primary resource for performing ERP Firewall™ implementations
- Primary resource for troubleshooting customer issues and engaging with developers on issue replication and resolution when needed
- Primary resource for supporting customer migrations, post-database refreshes, and go-lives
- Gathering and analyzing logs and other data and Identifying the root source of issues
- Making customer configuration changes, when the issue can be resolved as such
- Creating reproducible test cases for developers when needed
- Updating product documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Developing configuration pages for our products and test script
Skills And Experience :
- Candidate will have a strong background in ERP, PeopleSoft
- Candidates will have strong development and problem-solving skills and an exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to any audience
- Strong customer service skills and orientation
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- A team player with strong desire to learn new things
- Experience with version control systems
- A minimum of 3-5 years of ERP application development and implementation experience,
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience writing new, and troubleshooting existing, SQL for a widely used relational database (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase)
